2024 has been an extremely busy and productive year for both Danum Homes and Danum Developments and we’re excited to start 2025 strong with lots of exciting developments in the pipeline.

Here’s our year in review and what’s on the horizon in 2025:

Between both companies we have delivered circa 100 residential units over 6 live sites.

We have managed to secure 5 new open market sites for in total over 150 residential units and 67,000 sqft of commercial units which we will be looking to develop into 2025.

  • Market Weighton – 120 residential units. Commercial 67,000 sqft including 20,000 sqft Supermarket which a sale is now agreed on. STARTING ON SITE SPRING 25
  • Mattersey Thorpe – 24 residential units STARTING ON SITE SPRING 2025
  • Carcroft  – 7 residential units SUMMER 2025
  • Balby – 3 residential units SPRING 2025
  • Lincoln – To be announced soon

We have also secured an option agreement on a small bungalow scheme in Edenthorpe, Doncaster with planning submission due early 2025.

Ongoing projects into 2025 Danum Homes:

The Pavilion (Costhorpe, Carlton in Lindrick) – 62 plots sold / reserved and only 6 plots left to reserve!

St Leonards Mews (Armthorpe, Doncaster) – 3 plots reserved, final 2 plots left to reserve

The Close (Branton, Doncaster) – all 3 plots SOLD.

Danum Developments:

  • Finished final phase at Barlborough for private client delivering 125 units in total
  • Acquisition of land at Harworth. Sold to Acis Group and contracted to deliver 102 mixed tenure residential units. Contract value circa £18m. Project in time and budget with completion Q1 2026
  • New contract secured with Acis Group to deliver 47 mixed tenure residential units in Louth. Project value circa £5.5m. Completion Q1 2026.
  • Birch Road Louth- New Development started Dec 2024for ACIS housing association to deliver 47 units contract value circa £5.5m. Completion Q1 2026.

Other Items:

  • Successful annual charity Golf day attended by 48 players raising over £3000 for local charities.
  • Supported DPD World tour player Joe Dean in his 1st year on tour. Watching him climb up the world rankings with 5 top 10 finishes and tournament earnings of over 1million euros
  • Sponsorship partner of DRFC 2024-2025 season and continued support of grass roots teams within our local community.

Whats on the Horizon in 2025?

  • Working hard to deliver units across all of our ongoing sites.
  • Strong bids in place on over 250 residential units across the region to ensure our pipeline for delivery is continued into 2025 and beyond in both the open market and affordable housing sector.
  • Continued support for local charities and sponsorship partners.
  • Continued growth targets for Danum Homes and Danum Developments into the future. Targeting a 50% increase in completed units within the next 2 years.
  • Ethos of utilising ‘local’ contractors and internal staff to support our growth plans.
