From day 1 nothing was too much trouble and any problems were sorted forthwith. Everyone knows moving can be very stressful but because of the service Danum offered, everything went very smoothly. We cannot recommend Danum highly enough. From the initial decisions that needed to be made, through to the actual build their expertise and guidance was invaluable.  If we came up with an idea, they would do their very best to make it happen, and also tell us if something was a waste of money, which on a costly project their honesty was massively appreciated. I can honestly say if we ever build a house again, we will use Danum without hesitation. A fantastic company and truly fantastic people.

We have used Danum now for our last 3 projects.  A restaurant which seats up to 100 people, 4 bedroomed open plan new build farmhouse and a cottage conversion. Danum were our first and only quote when we were having our 100-seater restaurant built.  After meeting the father and son duo, we were so impressed with their knowledge, insight and advise and of course the price, we decided not to acquire any more quotes. All of the Danum team and tradesmen had all been handpicked to perfection by Steve Snr, and each were clearly the best in their field.

This was our first new build purchase and we are very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.  The house itself is well designed, spacious and came with a range of good quality fixtures and fittings.  Mr Mosby and his team were always helpful, knowledgeable and willing to rectify any minor issues we had. We have been here 3 years now and have not regretted it.  If this development is anything to go by, we would be happy to recommend Danum.

We bought a house off plan from Danum in 2016.  We wanted to make a number of changes throughout the build and nothing was too much trouble.  Steve and the team’s experience and expertise were invaluable.  We have a beautiful home with a finish that is second to none.  I can highly recommend Steve and the team at Danum.

We are absolutely delighted with our first home built by Danum and we couldn’t be happier.  Everything from the final finish, which is to a high standard, to the builders on site who have been first class.  We are over the moon and can’t thank you enough.

We viewed the site at White Cliff Meadows in August 2019 and moved in in March 2020.  Over the interim period we liaised with both Steve and Kevin about many elements we wished to upgrade or personalise.  We cannot fault their willingness to listen, remember and co-operate.  The bungalow was offered good specification at a very reasonable price, with many desirable extras included.  The overall build is very good, and the few small issues were dealt with efficiently.  We couldn’t be more pleased with our lovely bungalow in its lovely setting.

Both myself and my wife cannot speak highly enough of Danum Development as a group of individuals or as a company. When purchasing a house, you place a certain amount of trust in the chosen developer, but Steve and Steve put our minds at rest with their superb knowledge and level of support throughout the process. Their communication was first rate which was a key reason we felt in control, they were never too busy to return a call and at all times we were kept informed of the progress, this is a really big factor in the reason we do not hesitate to recommend them. The build quality and materials used were of a very high quality, as was their help in decision making, they have a wealth of experience and this was something that helped us when making decisions on things we had no experience of dealing with.

The staff were all highly professional and a pleasure to deal, the aftercare was second to none and we would not hesitate to use the company again.

We are delighted to have bought a new detached house built by Danum Developments at Coppice Close.  We were attracted by the location situated in a small cul-de-sac and enclosed within a secure gated community. We also liked the external appearance of the 5 new build traditional houses with external white rendering, stone mullions and bronze finish aluminium windows and doors. Built to a high standard of finish with well designed modern living rooms and quality fittings. We would not hesitate to buy another new house built by Danum Developments if ever required.

From start Danum were most helpful in getting our home just as we wanted.  The tradesmen were courteous and worked to a high standard. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently at all times.  We would be happy to recommend Danum based on our experience.
